We want you to love your new CHOOZE - But if your new product is not bringing you joy, please let us know so we can make it right. We provide refunds to your original form of payment for all products that are not final sale, are in new condition (unworn), are returned with all original packaging, and are requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To serve our customers most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You will receive your correct size/color faster by placing a new order. If your original items were on sale, yes, you can get the same pricing! Go ahead and place the order, then email us the order number and we will refund the difference so the product pricing is the same as your prior order.
Upon submitting the form below, you will get an automated email letting you know we are working to generate your complimentary return label and a return form. Note that free return labels are only valid from continental USA mailing addresses.

Once we receive your return in the mail, we'll issue a credit for the amount paid for the product to your original form of payment or a store credit as applicable.
